We have 6 types of workouts to fit your needs and target different areas of your body.


Arms, Abs and Heart

A combination of high-intensity cardio work, and everything above the waist. The upper body will include lats, chest, biceps, triceps as well as your smaller movers! Core work will include weighted and bodyweight exercises to challenge 360 degrees of your core.


Ripped

Time to pick up the heavier ones! Ripped will challenge you by combining basic movements with some you will likely have never done before! This is a total body workout with carious rep counts, iso holds and a bit of the unexpected!


Resistance and Plyo

This workout will give you the opportunity to work fast twitch and slow twitch muscle fibers. Resistance bands, medals, agility ladders and plyo boxes will be used. This workout will have you feeling like an athlete!


Full Body

This workout is just as it sounds… plan to work it all, in all kinds of ways!


Circuits

75 minutes of all 5 styles of the Peaks Fit workouts, in a larger group atmosphere.
