PeaksFit is the leader in Fitness Training for all phases of Menopause.

We are the only gym to offer a specific 8 week training for Menopausal Women program.  Our clients and members receive one on one guidance throughout their specific menopause journeys.  We educate our members on how to change their training style as they age and their hormones change.  We have a network of doctors, endocrinologists, psychologists, nutritionists and homeopathic who we use as resources to help our members get all the guidance and individual help they need.  Our members are encouraged to track their symptoms and based on their symptoms take the action they need to feel their best. 

Exercise is no doubt an essential piece to everyone’s health as they age.  We are the Fitness/Exercise piece to your journey through menopause.  You will learn about HIIT/SIT/Lifting Heavy and lifting safely, when to exercise, when to eat, what to eat, and options for supplements and adaptogens.  Our members have the option to be muscle and body fat tested with state of the art equipment. Once tested they have the opportunity to set goals and actively work on them.  The Inbody gives our members the opportunity to get facts on whether or not the changes they have made to their lifestyle is working.

  • Encouragement to attend regular PeaksFit classes in addition to Menopause Weekend Workouts.

  • Nutrition Plan.

  • Inbody muscle and Body Fat testing at the beginning and end of program.
